✅ Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or washing will not be eligible

  • We offer easy size or product exchanges, subject to availability

  • If the requested size or product is unavailable, you can choose:

a different product, or

a refund to the original payment method


Exchanges are processed after the returned item passes quality inspection.

💸 Returns & Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method

  • Refunds usually reflect within 5–7 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider

🚚 Reverse Pickup & Shipping


  • Reverse pickup will be arranged for eligible return/exchange requests

  • In case reverse pickup is not serviceable in your area, we’ll guide you on the next steps

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect product

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products returned after the 7-day window

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper care

All returned products go through a quality inspection.

If the product does not meet return criteria, it will be shipped back to you.
